Order Processing & Tracking

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays. Once your tracking number is available you will be immediately notified by email.

It’s your responsibility to arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection. We do not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.

Your parcel is insured by MKZ by Mikhenzo during transit up until the point when it is delivered to you. A signature is not required for delivery, at that point, the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to you.

Unfortunately, this is only possible for as long as the merchandize has not been shipped out yet.

Of course, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email detailing the courier and the tracking number. You will be able to use this number to track your order.

For all orders, from the day you will receive your item, you have 7 working days to return the product, but shipping costs will be to your charge.

If you find that your items have any manufacturing defects or quality problems, you should immediately Email Mikhenzo Client Service at support@mikhenzo.com or call us on +1856.349.2631, Monday to Friday between 9am and 9pm (EST). Support will provide you with full instructions to return your goods.

As soon as we receive the item, we will carefully examine it and if any damages or defects are identified, we will repair or replace them free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we will ship out a new item or offer you a full refund according to your instructions. Please note: If your items are not deemed faulty, damaged, do not have any quality issues or have been damaged due to misuse, you will not be entitled to repairs/replacements or refunds and Mikhenzo Support Service will return the items back to you, at your expense and liability.
