    How do I place an order on the Mikhenzo website?

    Placing an order is quick and easy:

    Browse through our product categories and select the item you like to see all the details of the item (color, material etc..)

    after you decide the product you want to buy, Select the color and then Click on the “+” or “–“ to select the Quantity of product your want.

    Next, Click “ADD TO CART” button.

    On the next sliding page click on “View Cart/Basket”

    At “View Cart” You are able to review the Size and the Color you chose, you can also make adjustment in Quantity and the overall products selected. Finally, you can apply a coupon if one is available to you. To the right side of the screen you will see the Cart Total.

    Click on “Proceed to Checkout” button and complete Billing and Receiving Address Details. Select the appropriate Payment Method: For “PayPal” Selection, Click on PayPal Button. For “Pay with Credit Card via Authorize.net –  Click on Proceed to Authorize.Net Button. You will proceed to enter your credit card payment information along with automatically populated address. Click “Pay Now”. On this page you will see the Order Number. This Order Number will also be emailed to you for your records and for tracking purposes.

    Do you offer a repair service?

    Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    You are not obliged to create an account to proceed with the purchase. Mikhenzo recommend that you create an account to enjoy the benefits of managing your account.

    What payment types does Mikhenzo accept?

    We accept Visa, Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal. Please note that there may be additional payment authentication required by your card issuer such as Verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code.

    When will Mikhenzo debit my card/account?

    Once the payment is confirmed in our account, your order will be dispatched to you from our warehouse.

    How will I know when you have received my order?

    After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the safe receipt of your order. You will also receive an Order Confirmation once all your details have been checked and the availability of your order has been verified.
